Falls Festival 2010/2011

So the Falls Festival lineup came out the other day… As I attended last year, I was quite interested in seeing what musical talent they had on offer this time round. Whilst (in my opinion) the headliners weren’t as good as last year, the overall depth of the lineup had improved.

Healing Music;; Jonathan Clay – Everything She Wants

Jonathan Clay released his new album, ‘Everything She Wants’ just over a month ago to much success. If you have not yet heard any of Clay’s music, I found it to be both peaceful and soulful – comparative to that of John Mayer.

He is a very talented guitarist and singer/songwriter, which is clear all throughout his latest album. Jonathan’s style of music is hard to define, as many of his songs feature different genres and influences. In his own words:

“It’s everything from pop, to blues, to soul.”

His ability to perform in such a range of genre’s is testament to his talent as a musician. Jonathan Clay is sure to be a big name soon, if not already.
